• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
• New, unworn, unwashed Hawaii shirts with original tags attached.
• Items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable).
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to the return address we provide.
4. We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Process
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns. You may request a replacement item from available stock.
• If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• Exchanges are only processed after the returned item passes inspection.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Please keep your original receipt and packaging when returning items.
• Do not send any returns without prior approval and instructions from our customer service. We are not responsible for packages returned without authorization.
